Silica Based Ramming And Gunning
We have a pleasure to introduce our Silica Ramming Mass successfully used in Mains, Medium, and High Frequency Induction furnaces of vary makes, viz. G.E.C., H.B.B., Pioneer Inductrotherm, Electrotherm and different impoerted makes for melting Non-Ferrous alloys, Alloy cast irons, Graded cast irons, Plain Carbon Steel and Alloys Steel including Stainless Steel due to high softening temperature, Our Ramming Mass gives entirely satisfactory results for super heating of metals up to 1700 Degree Centigrade.
Silica Ramming Mass are high on purity and resistant to abrasion and spalling. Also known as Acidic Ramming mass is used in Corless induction Furnaces for melting of scrap. It is a dry lining refractory that can be used for all types of iron and steel and in both small steel plants as well as in foundries.
